2. Made-to-Order & Customization – All customized sofas (size, fabric, color, design, configuration) are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once the order is confirmed.
3. Pricing Policy – Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price confirmed at the time of order placement will be considered binding. Delivery, installation, and taxes are additional unless specified.
4. Order Confirmation & Payment – An advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order. Full payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery.
5. Delivery Timeline – Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. Ghar Furnishh shall not be held responsible for delays caused by raw material shortages, transport issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Delivery & Access Responsibility – Customers must ensure clear access (lift, stairs, door width). Any additional handling or special delivery requirements may attract extra charges.
7. Inspection on Delivery – Customers must inspect the sofa at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or defect must be reported immediately. Complaints after delivery may not be accepted.
8. Returns & Exchanges – No returns or exchanges after delivery, except in case of verified manufacturing defects approved by Ghar Furnishh.
9. Warranty Warranty (if applicable) – covers only manufacturing defects. It does not include normal wear & tear, fabric fading, cushion softening, mishandling, water damage, or pet damage.
10. Care & Maintenance – Proper usage and maintenance are the customer’s responsibility. Care instructions should be followed to ensure product longevity.
11. Order Cancellation – Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the order stage.
12. Limitation of Liability – Ghar Furnishh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.
13. Jurisdiction – All disputes are subject to local court jurisdiction only.
